There are four components to our methodology: Discover, Create, Deploy and Optimize. The process is iterative and is completed for each campaign cycle.
1. DISCOVER
Nowspeed begins each project with a “Discover” phase in order to ensure that the Nowspeed team completely understands your goals and all information that is relevant to the project. This phase includes a detailed input session held jointly by Nowspeed and your team members. Through this process all applicable members of the Nowspeed team will gain a complete understanding of your objectives.
2. CREATE
As a result of the “Discover” phase, Nowspeed will move into the “Create” phase of the campaign. During this phase, all of the campaign components are designed and developed. Nowspeed will ensure that the deliverables meet your objectives, are consistent with industry best practices and are of the highest quality.
3. DEPLOY
After the “Create” phase, Nowspeed will “Deploy” the campaign by implementing all of the project deliverables. In this phase, Nowspeed will thoroughly test all elements of the campaign prior to launch.
4. OPTIMIZE
Once in the “Optimize” phase, Nowspeed will hold regular status calls with your team members to review program status, review and approve deliverables, and discuss any shifts in plan. Nowspeed will also hold detailed monthly meetings to discuss program status and collaboratively review key performance metrics, recommendations for improvements and steps that will be taken to further optimize the campaign. For ongoing campaign management-based programs, formal monthly optimization reviews will also be done using a client specific, web-based dashboard which will track trend activity through the life of the campaign and will be accessible to team members at all times. Throughout the life of the campaign, Nowspeed management will be monitoring timing and project status to ensure all elements are completed in the time allotted and in accordance with set delivery dates.
