Account Executive - Sales
Nowspeed is a growing interactive agency that creates and manages results-oriented lead generation and online marketing programs for our clients. Our portfolio includes compelling websites, powerful search marketing programs, and successful email and lead nurture campaigns for leading B2B and B2C clients. We deliver SUCCESS! We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, professional Account Executive to join our team. The position calls for a results-oriented individual who will focus directly on selling to middle market clients in the Internet marketing space. This person must possess strong consultative and strategic selling abilities, and be able to interact with VPs and Directors of Marketing in addition to "C" level executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualify and close inbound leads
- Create new business opportunities through (outbound) personal selling activities
- Manage prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle, from lead to client
- Develop Internet marketing solutions for clients and present sales proposals
- Consistently close deals and achieve personal revenue goals
- Distribute and/or generate documents and proposals to aid in sales.
- Track all sales leads, provide regular status reports, and manage task lists on assigned accounts
- Maintain a positive attitude, a high standard of professionalism, and technical and product knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE, AND SALES ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years sales experience in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of Internet marketing and direct marketing
- Very strong prospecting and networking skills
- Ability to get in front of high-level decision makers
- Solutions selling/consultative selling experience a must
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated self-starter & results-oriented achiever
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
- Highly skilled in all Microsoft Products, Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Advertising agency experience preferred
