Beth develops Nowspeed's interactive content, from websites to email and social media marketing campaigns. Before coming to Nowspeed, Beth worked at Spectrum Design, then independently, specializing in the retail and healthcare industries. Lately she has been focusing on lead capture, CMS and blogging tools. Beth's goal is to build frameworks that are easy to use, easy to manage, and easy to integrate with new technologies. She likes big trees, karst, and music.

Creative Director

Justin leads the strategy, design and development of websites and interactive content for Nowspeed's clients. He has directed Internet marketing and branding programs for over 9 years, creating websites, eNewsletters, blogs, flash animations, advertising, sales collateral, direct mail and much more. He's highly creative – an accomplished writer and designer – and technically savvy – with extensive experience in design software, Flash animation, CMS development and CRM system integration. When Justin’s not busy creative directing, he’s usually cooking, working on home improvements, fishing, camping, or all of the above.

Bob Cargill's picture
Creative Director

Bob Cargill brings as much passion to his role as creative director at Nowspeed as he does years of experience. Having labored in the marketing trenches since 1983, he has written or managed the creative development of projects that have been honored with more than 40 awards, including Gold from the New England Direct Marketing Association for his blog, A New Marketing Commentator, and Silver for Best Copywriting. Bob has presented many times at industry events and has been published or quoted on the subjects of direct marketing, copywriting and blogging in numerous media outlets. Bob is a Past President of the New England Direct Marketing Association and a graduate of the MetroWest Leadership Academy. He was recently named the New England Direct Marketing Association's Direct Marketer of the Year for 2009. When he is not at the office or spending time with his family, he is usually training for his next marathon.

Si-Ming Lee's picture
Senior Designer

Siming conceptualizes and creates compelling web and print designs, flash animations, logo identity, branding and content architecture strategies for Nowspeed’s clients. During her decade of professional consulting experience, she has produced over 40 websites. Her clients have included Citigroup, Teradyne, Honeywell, XL Capital, New England Baptist Hospital, and Feinstein Kean Healthcare (a division of Ogilvy PR Worldwide). As the creative lead for a project selected as a finalist for the prestigious 2001 MITX / MIMC Award, Siming’s web designs have been ranked among “one of New England’s best.” Her illustrations have also earned several Boston Globe awards, and her multimedia projects have been featured at the Boston Cyberarts Festival, SIGGRAPH, and on local television.

Siming holds a B.A. with Honors in Multimedia Arts, pioneering the first independent media design major at Wellesley College. In 2001, Siming founded a Wellesley-MIT alumni network to cultivate multidisciplinary project collaboration and entrepreneurship. She enjoys philosophy, art museums, contemporary creative cuisine, charity fundraising walks, and Wong Kar Wai and Krzysztof Kieslowski films.

With more than 15 years of copywriting experience under her belt, Bonnie O’Connor is a seasoned industry professional who can be relied upon to deliver winning results. She has produced award-winning direct mail campaigns, along with an impressive portfolio of advertising and web promotions for a long list of B2B companies. She also has editorial writing experience, having worked as a staff writer for Computerworld. While writing is her passion, Bonnie is also a savvy direct marketing professional, who produced many successful direct marketing campaigns for a world-renowned IT events company.
